Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without the need to provide any justification.

This right applies only to purchases made directly through calvinwatches.com.
Purchases made through third-party platforms are subject to the return policies of those platforms.

Conditions for Returns

The products sold are pre-owned watches. In order for a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped

  • Only minimal handling is permitted, strictly limited to what is necessary to verify the product’s nature and proper functioning, as would be done in a physical store

  • The watch must not show signs of extended use, wear, improper handling, or alteration

  • All accessories originally included, if any, must be returned with the product

If the product shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, Calvin Trading SLU reserves the right to apply a proportional depreciation to the refund amount or, where appropriate, reject the return.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • The return must be shipped using a secure and fully insured delivery service, covering the full value of the product

  • The customer is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return shipment

Defective Products or Issues

If the product received:

  • does not function correctly

  • has been damaged during transport

  • does not match the description or images provided

The customer must notify Calvin Trading SLU within 48 hours of receiving the order.

In such cases, the situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and one of the following solutions may be offered:

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund

  • Another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, or by bank transfer or PayPal if necessary

  • The maximum refund processing time is 14 days from receipt of the returned product
