Shipping Areas

We ship orders within the European Union and internationally.

Please note that international shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as they may vary depending on the destination and the carrier.

  • Spain: approximately 2–3 business days

  • European Union: approximately 3–7 business days

  • International destinations: approximately 7–10 business days

Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using specialized and reliable carriers, including but not limited to:

  • UPS

  • Correos / Correos Express

  • NACEX

The selected carrier may vary depending on the destination and logistical requirements.


Shipping Costs

Shipping is free of charge for the customer.


Shipment Insurance and Responsibility

All shipments are handled with appropriate care and protection.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, Calvin Trading SLU will manage the claim with the shipping carrier and work to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

Customers are required to cooperate with the claims process, including providing photographs or information requested by the carrier if necessary.


Tracking and Delivery

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped

  • Deliveries are typically made with signature confirmation, when available


Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment:

  • is delayed

  • arrives damaged

  • or appears to be lost

The customer should notify Calvin Trading SLU as soon as possible after the expected delivery date or upon receipt of the package.

Calvin Trading SLU will initiate the necessary investigation with the carrier and keep the customer informed throughout the process.


International Orders and Returns

For international orders outside the European Union:

  • Delivery times may be longer due to customs procedures

  • Return and refund rights may vary depending on applicable local regulations
